Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me. They are reserved especially for you, however, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, 24 hours notice is required for rescheduling. Notice not given 24 hours in advance will be considered a ‘no-show.’

Payment is required to hold your appointment time, if you must cancel, the amount you paid for your appointment will be applied to your next visit as long as it is within the required timing.  If it is not within the required cancellation time frame 50% of your prepaid visit will be applied to your next visit. This credit must be used within 60 days of the cancelled appointment.

Please understand, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, an opportunity would be missed to fill that appointment time, and other clients on a waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Cancellation fees that may apply:

– Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

– Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

– Any multiple cancellations within a 24 hour period or no shows will require a prepayment to reserve the next appointment.

This cancellation policy allows time to inform standby clients of any availability. These policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for established and future clientele.
