During a session you may see something, hear something or feel something. All of these are perfectly normal; feel free to ask questions or make comments should anything occur or if you are unsure of what you are feeling.
During your session, we may be guided to use an essential oil in the process of the he
aling or for you to use after your session to assist you in assimilating the information and make the process a bit gentler for you. The oils we use are the highest quality and purest and they allow amazing shifts to happen gently and smoothly.
Once a healing session is complete, it can take a few days for the energy to completely integrate into your body. If you have any questions or concerns after your session please contact Kristine and she will be more than happy to answer your questions and address your concerns.
Energy healing sessions for children work in the same way as above however, instead of an hour they may be a shorter session time usually 45 minutes. Children benefit from energy work just as much as, if not more than, adults due to the fact that children do not always have the words for what they are thinking or feeling. This can help them without them having to talk about things they don’t know how to talk about or are uncomfortable talking about.
